Change dates on a calendar
You can use Publisher calendar options to customize a calendar to include date ranges from 1900 to 2200, and also to show one month or an entire year on each page.
If you have already created a calendar, you can update the calendar — from 2008 to 2009, for example, or from October 2008 to October 2009.
If you want to maintain birthdays and other events in a yearly calendar when you update the calendar to a new year, you may want to use Microsoft Outlook to create and print a calendar.
Note: When you change the dates on a calendar you may lose some customization, such as fonts, events, pictures, and moved or resized elements.
What do you want to do?

-
In the Change Template dialog box, under Options, click Set Calendar Dates.

In the Set Calendar Dates dialog box, enter new dates in Start date and End date.
Note: When you change the dates on a calendar you may lose some customization, such as fonts, events, pictures, and moved or resized elements.
Change the day of the week that a calendar starts on
The day of the week that a calendar starts on is controlled by the Regional Options language setting on your computer. For the English (United States) setting, the calendar week starts on Sunday. For the English (United Kingdom) setting, the calendar week starts on Monday. To change the day of the week that the calendar starts on, follow the steps for the operating system that you are using.
-
On the Windows Start menu, click Control Panel.
-
If you are not already in Category view, switch to it now.
-
Click Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options.
-
Click Regional and Language Options, and then click the Regional Options tab.
-
Under Standards and formats, do one of the following:
-
To start the calendar week on Sunday, click English (United States).
-
To start the calendar week on Monday, click English (United Kingdom).
-
Note:
-
This option also controls the display of dates, time, numbers, and currencies on your computer.
-
The new setting does not take effect in any existing Publisher calendar until you change the calendar dates in that calendar. New calendars use the new setting automatically.
