Error code stackingtrialonnontrialnotsupported when you try to redeem your office product key

ISSUE

When you enter your product key to redeem your Microsoft Office product, you may receive the following error:

  • Sorry - we can't set up your account at the moment

Additionally, the error message will contain this line:

  • Error code: StackingTrialOnNonTrialNotSupported

STATUS: CONTACT SUPPORT

When you get this error, please contact Microsoft Support for further assistance.
