Share a task list

You can share task lists that you've created with other people.

  1. Select Share Share at the top of the task window.

  2. Select Create invitation link.

  3. Select Copy link.

  4. Open a new email message and address it to the people you want to share your list with.

  5. Paste the link into your message and send it.

Note: Email is just one way to share the invitation link. You can also send it to people using any messaging app, such as Microsoft Teams.

Manage sharing settings

  1. To limit sharing to the current list members select Share Share.

  2. Select Manage access.

  3. Select the toggle next to Limit access to current members to set it to on. This will disable the invitation link and limit list access to the current members.

  4. Alternatively, you can select the red Stop sharing button to turn off sharing for the task list. Once you stop sharing, only you will have access to the list.
