Remove a table without losing the data or table format
If you've created a table in Excel Online to apply table formatting like banded rows, you might want to convert it back to a range to keep the formatting but not the table functionality. There's a Convert To Range command in the Excel desktop application, but it's not currently available in Excel Online.
If you have the Excel desktop application, you can use the Open in Excel button to open your workbook to convert the table to a range there. Here's how:
Click Open in Excel and remove a table without losing the data or table format.
