Print a chart on a full page in Excel 2016 for Mac

When you create a chart, it is automatically inserted on the same sheet as the associated data. If you are only interested in the image of the chart, you can place the chart on a new sheet and then print just the new sheet.

Print a chart

1. Click the chart that you want to print.

2. On the Chart Design tab, select Move Chart.

3. In the Move Chart dialog box, select New Sheet, specify the name of the new sheet, and then select OK.

   Tip: To add titles, set axis options, add error bars, and other formatting, select the Chart Design tab. To use different styles, fonts, and effects, select the Format tab.

4. On the File menu, click Print.
