Set Lync Web App options

Use the Options dialog box to set your preferences for Lync Web App meetings. This dialog box has four tabs – General, Phones, Audio device, and Video device, as shown in the table, which also includes a description of what you can do with each tab.

General

  • Save your sign-in information for joining Lync Web App meetings

  • Select your text preferences for instant messages

  • Enable logging of processes running on your computer

Phones

Set your preferences to join meeting audio.

To know more about these preferences, click Help on the Phones tab.

Audio device

Set your preferred audio device to use in Lync Web App meetings.

To know more about this setting, click either What This Does or Help.

Video device

Set your preferred video device to use in Lync Web App meetings.

To know more about this setting, click either What This Does or Help.

You can change your settings at any time. Click screen shot of the options button >Options to open the Options dialog box.
