My Home

Meet Now

  • Meet Now. Links to your Meet Now meeting room. Clicking the link adds you to the meeting as a Presenter.

  • Meet Now Details. Links to the Meet Now Details page.

  • Meeting Lobby. Displays the Meeting Lobby url if you created a Meeting Lobby for Meet Now.

Upcoming Meetings

  • Join. Joins you to the meeting as a Presenter.

  • Subject. Displays the title of the meeting. Clicking the subject of the meeting opens the Meeting Details page.

  • Start Time. Displays the date and time of the meeting.

  • Organizer. Displays the name of the meeting Organizer.

  • Page #. Goes to the next page of meeting results.

Recent Recordings

  • View. Opens the View Recording Info page, where you can view or download a recording.

  • Subject. Displays the title of the meeting and, if it exists, the ID of the meeting recording. Clicking the subject opens the Edit Recording Details page.

  • Start Time. Shows the date and time when the first participant entered the meeting and the duration of the meeting in hours and minutes.

  • Organizer. Displays the name of the meeting organizer in a format that, when clicked, generates a blank e-mail addressed to the Organizer.

  • Page #. Goes to the next page of recording results.

Additional recordings

Opens the View Recordings page, where you can search for other recordings.

My Home

Opens the My Home page.

Meet

  • Schedule Meeting. Opens the Schedule Meeting template.

  • Meet Now. Joins you to your Meet Now meeting room.

  • Join Meeting. Displays the Join Meeting page and asks for the meeting information. If the Live Meeting client is not installed on your computer, the client installation page appears

Easy Assist

  • Create Session. Opens the Create Support Session template.

  • Join Session. Displays the Join a Support Session dialog box and asks for the session information.

Manage

  • Meetings. Displays the Manage Meetings page, where you can view and sort all your meetings.

  • Recordings. Displays to the Manage Recordings page, where you can view and sort all your meeting recordings.

  • Storage. Displays to the Manage Storage page, where you can view and manage storage of meetings and recordings.

  • User Preferences. Displays the User Preferences page, where you can configure or edit your user preference settings.

  • Address Book. Displays the Manage Address Book page, where you can view contacts in your personal address book.

  • Events. Links to the Events page, where you can view, filter, and create new events.

View

  • Recordings. Displays the View Recordings page, where you can view a list of your recordings.

  • Reports. Opens the View Reports page, where you can generate those reports that your level of Live Meeting privilege permits.

Administer (account Administrators only)

  • Account. Opens the Account Administration Home page (if you have an account Administrator membership).

When you are not logged on to Live Meeting Manager, the navigation menu does not include all the items described above.

Only Live Meeting account Administrators see the Administer item in the navigation menu.
