Visual Reports - Field Picker dialog box
Use the Visual Reports - Field Picker dialog box to select the fields you want to use to create a visual report you are designing. You can:

Specify built-in fields for use in the new visual report.

Specify custom fields for use in the new visual report.
Dialog box location
On the Report menu, click Visual Reports. Click the New Template button. Complete the Visual Reports - New Template dialog box, and then click the Field Picker button.

Select Fields
Available Fields Click the Microsoft Office Project 2007 field you want to add to your new report template. All Office Project 2007 fields are listed. Click the Add button to show the field in the Selected Fields box. You can select multiple fields at one time using the SHIFT or CTRL key.
Selected Fields Shows the set of fields that have been selected and added for use in the new visual report template. A default set of fields are shown based on the report data type selected in the Visual Reports - New Template dialog box.
Add Click this button to copy fields selected in the Available Fields box into the Selected Fields box. This button becomes available as soon as one field is selected in the Available Fields box.
Remove Click this button to delete a field from the Selected Fields box. This button becomes available as soon as one field is selected in the Selected Fields box.
Remove All Click this button to completely clear all fields from the Selected Fields box. This button is available when at least one field appears in the Selected Fields box.
Select Custom Fields
Available Custom Fields Click the custom field you want to add to your new report template. Click the Add button to copy the field into the Selected Custom Fields box. You can select multiple fields at one time using the SHIFT or CTRL key.
Selected Custom Fields (Maximum of 211) Shows the set of custom fields that have been selected and added for use in the new visual report template.
Add Click this button to copy fields selected in the Available Custom Fields box into the Selected Custom Fields box. This button becomes available as soon as one field is selected in the Available Custom Fields box.
Remove Click this button to delete a field from the Selected Custom Fields box. This button becomes available as soon as one field is selected in the Selected Custom Fields box.
Remove All Click this button to completely clear all fields from the Selected Custom Fields box. This button is available when at least one field appears in the Selected Custom Fields box.
Note: For better performance, select six or fewer fields for your report.
