Creating strong passwords

Creating strong passwords

Computer security includes the use of strong passwords for your network logon and the Administrator account on your computer. In addition, Microsoft Office Accounting files created using Accountant Transfer require a strong password.

Accountant Transfer will not let you advance to the next step unless your password for the transfer file meets the following requirements:

  • It is at least seven characters long.

  • It contains at least one character from each of the following four groups.
