Changing report magnification in Management Reporter

You can change the magnification of a report, making it easier to view or read a report.

Change report magnification by using a predefined zoom setting or a custom setting

• In an open report, on the View menu, click Zoom, and then select a predefined zoom size or click Other to enter a custom zoom size.

Change report magnification by using the slider

Do one of the following:

• On the bottom of the report window, drag the slider right or left.

• Click + or - .

• Click the report magnification number to display the Magnification dialog box.
