Buy or try Office 365

You can buy a subscription for Office 365 right away, or you can try Office 365 for up to 30 days. If you like it, you can buy your trial subscription and keep the domain, data, and configuration you set up in your trial.

1. Go to Compare Office 365 for business plans and click the name of the plan you want to buy. Then, click Buy now.

2. Create an account by filling out the Just a few details page.

3. Follow the instructions to set up your 30-day trial or to complete your purchase.

Buy after trying

If you try Office 365 and you like it, you can buy the subscription or choose a different plan or service to purchase. To keep the configuration you set up during the trial, you must buy your subscription within the 30-day grace period after your trial expires.

1. Go to Admin > Manage and purchase licenses.

2. On the Licenses page, click Purchase services.

3. Click Add next to each service that you'd like to purchase, and then click Check out.

4. Follow the online instructions to complete your purchase.

Tips for buying a subscription while in trial

• User licenses:    When you buy a subscription for a product you've used in a trial, users on the trial are automatically transferred to the new paid subscription.
  If you buy subscriptions for other plans or services—subscriptions that you haven't used in a trial—you need to assign licenses to these users for the new subscriptions after you make your purchase.

• Organization address:    The address that you provided for your organization when you signed up for the trial is the default address for your subscriptions. To change the address, on the Subscription details page, under Service usage address, click Edit.

Add subscriptions or add-ons to an existing Office 365 account

1. Go to Admin > Licenses.

2. On the Licenses page, click Purchase services.

3. Click Add next to each service that you'd like to purchase, and then click Check out.

4. Follow the online instructions to complete your purchase.

Payment options

You can pay for your subscription by:

• Invoice

• Online payment using Alipay or China UnionPay

Proof of payment will be provided in the form of Fapiaos. You can submit your Fapiao request to our Fapiao system about three (3) days after you have paid.

Note:  International credit cards are not accepted.
