Undo changes to your project
Microsoft Office Project 2007 provides multiple-level undo, enabling you to make several changes, and then to revert back to the state of your project plan before you made the changes.

Undo and redo your changes
You can undo and redo the last change you made by simply clicking Undo Last Command or Redo Last Command .
To undo a change that you made several steps earlier, click the arrow next to Undo Last Command , and click the change you want to undo in the list. When you undo a change, you also undo all changes you made after it.
To redo a change after undoing multiple changes, click the arrow next to Redo Last Command , and click the change you want to redo in the list. When you redo a change, you also redo all the changes you made before it.
Change the number of undo levels
If you find that you need more levels of undo, you can increase this setting.

On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the General tab.

Enter the number of undo levels that you want to use in the Undo levels box.
What can't be undone?
After making the following changes, the list of changes that you can undo is cleared:

Making changes in the Organizer, including renaming, deleting, copying, or moving Project elements

Deleting an inserted subproject

Saving the project
-
Publishing the project to Project Server
-
Closing the only open project
-
Closing one of many open projects, when the project being closed has cross-project links to another open project

Changing custom field properties, including renaming, deleting, creating, copying, and changing links to related lists or other data

Opening an enterprise project
-
Adding resources from Project Server
-
Inserting another project from Project Server into your project
