Page Setup dialog box, View tab
Use the View tab in the Page Setup dialog box to specify view elements you want to include with the printout of the current view. This tab does not apply and is not available for reports. You can:

Indicate that all sheet columns and blank pages should print.

Specify that notes should print along with the view or report.

Fit the timescale to the printed page.

Display the view whose view options you want to set. On the File menu, click Page Setup, and then click the View tab.

Gantt, sheet, graph, and Network Diagram view options
These check boxes are available for all view types except for the Calendar view. The check boxes are shown as available or unavailable (dimmed) depending on the current view.
Print all sheet columns Prints all fields (columns) in a sheet, whether or not they're showing in the view. For example, if you're printing a Gantt Chart view and you want to show the columns that are hidden behind the chart portion of the view, select this check box. Clear the check box to print only the columns that are visible in the active view. By default, this check box is cleared.
Print first n columns on all pages Prints the specified number of leftmost columns on every page of the view. Select the check box and then enter the number of columns in the box. This can help orient readers of the view. By default, this check box is cleared.
Print notes Prints all task, resource, and assignment notes. The notes are printed as a group on a separate page or pages after the view itself is printed. By default, this check box is cleared.
Print blank pages Prints the pages in a view that contains no data; for example, in a large Gantt Chart or Network Diagram. This can be helpful if you're assembling the printed view for a bulletin board. By default, this check box is selected.
Fit timescale to end of page Changes the width of timescale units so that all available space on the page is used for printing. By default, this check box is selected.
Print row totals for values within print date range Adds a Total column to the printed timesheet portion of a usage view that contains row totals for a range of the timephased data. The date range used for this total is specified in the Print dialog box.
Print column totals Adds a Total row to a printed usage view that contains column totals for a range of the sheet and timephased data. The date range used for this total is specified in the Print dialog box.
Calendar view options
When the Calendar view is the current view, clicking the View tab in the Page Setup dialog box displays the following Calendar view options.
Print section
Months per page Specifies that you want months displayed on your printed calendar. Select either one or two months per page. This option is selected by default.
1 Prints one month per page. This option is available when the Months per page option is selected. This option is selected by default.
2 Prints two months per page. This option is available when the Months per page option is selected.
Only show days in month Displays dates in date boxes for the printed month only. If you want to fill in adjacent days in the calendar grid from the previous and next month, for example, showing the 30th and 31st of the previous month, clear this check box. This check box is available when the Months per page option is selected. By default, this check box is selected.
Only show weeks in month Displays dates in date boxes for only the weeks that include days in the printed month. Clear the check box to display dates for adjacent months as well. This check box is available when the Months per page option is selected. By default, this check box is selected.
Weeks per page Prints the specified number of weeks per page. Select this option, and then type the number of weeks per page in the box.
Week height as on screen Prints the weeks at the same height as they are shown in the Calendar view.
Details section
Print calendar title Prints the month and year on each page. By default, this check box is selected.
Print previous/next month calendars Prints small calendars of the next and previous months in the upper corners of your printed calendar pages. By default, this check box is cleared.
Show additional tasks Prints tasks whose bars are not showing in the current Calendar view. By default, this check box is selected.
After every page Prints a list of additional tasks that aren't displayed in the current Calendar view after each page. This option is available when the Show additional tasks check box is selected. By default, this option is selected.
After the last page Prints a list of additional tasks that aren't displayed in the current Calendar view after the final page. This option is available when the Show additional tasks check box is selected.
Group by day Prints additional tasks that aren't displayed in the Calendar view as a listing grouped by the date on which the tasks occur. Tasks that span more than one day appear for each scheduled day. This check box is available when the Show additional tasks check box is selected. By default, this check box is cleared.
Print notes Prints task notes along with the calendar. The notes are printed as a group on a separate page after the calendar has been printed.
Text Styles Opens the Text Styles dialog box, which you can use to modify the font, font size, color, and other options for dates and additional tasks on your printed calendar.
Command buttons
Print Preview Displays the Print Preview window, which you can use to view the calendar view as it will appear when printed. Click Close to return to the current view.
Options Opens the Document Properties dialog box, which you can use to select the paper tray, page collation, and other printer-controlled options. These options are specific to your selected printer. For more information, refer to your printer documentation.
Print Opens the Print dialog box, which you can use to print the calendar view. You can specify the number of copies and which pages to print.
