Selected Shapes

Click to convert the shapes that are selected on the drawing page to process engineering shapes. If no shapes are selected on the drawing, then this option is disabled.

Shapes In A Visio Stencil

Click to convert shapes on a Visio stencil to process engineering shapes. Clicking this option enables the Choose Shapes button.

Stencil

Displays the name of the stencil that contains the shapes to be converted.

Choose Shapes

Click to open the Choose Shapes dialog box, where you can choose the shapes that you want to convert to process engineering shapes.

Symbols In A CAD file

Click to convert symbols in a CAD file to process engineering shapes. Clicking this option enables the Browse button.

Filename

Displays the name of the CAD file that contains the shapes to be converted.

Type the file name or click Browse to locate and select the CAD file.

One CAD Unit

Set one CAD unit equal to a number of Visio measurement units.

Enter a positive value for the number of Visio measurement units, and then select the unit, such as millimeters, from the list of units.

Category

Lists the currently available categories in the active drawing. Select a category from the list or type a new category to assign it to the converted shapes.

Tag Format

Lists the currently available tag formats in the active drawing. Select a tag format from the list to assign it to the converted shapes.
