Attendee Invitation

Customized invitation text appears at bottom of invitation. Message text that you want to be included at the bottom of every scheduled meeting e-mail invitation to a meeting Attendee.

Preview. Displays how the meeting invitation will look.

Presenter Invitation

Customized invitation text appears at bottom of invitation. Message text that you want to be included at the bottom of every scheduled meeting e-mail invitation to a meeting Presenter.

Preview. Displays how the meeting invitation will look.

Submit. Creates the meeting e-mail invitation template with the specified custom text.

Cancel. Exits the page without changing the text of the e-mail invitation template.

Meeting Organizers can still include their own custom message when they compose invitations for their meetings.

Regardless of whether you create customized invitation text, Live Meeting still appends the meeting join information at the end of each e-mail invitation.

Note: The customized message only appends on invitations sent using the Live Meeting Mail Program.
