Run a Lync Meeting from your mobile device and computer
When you're attending a Lync Meeting on the iPad, you can view shared PowerPoint presentations and screen sharing in conferences. For more information, go to View meeting content.
If you need to present content in a meeting, you'll need to connect using Lync on your desktop computer.

If you've joined a meeting from your mobile device, and you then join the same meeting from your desktop computer, you'll automatically get disconnected from the meeting on your mobile device.

To share meeting content on your desktop computer, while continuing the meeting audio and video on your mobile device, select Don't join audio when joining the meeting from your desktop computer.
We highly recommend that you only connect to the meeting audio and video on either your mobile device or your desktop computer.
