Configure (Appointment) dialog box

Start time

Type or select the start time for the appointment. The start time appears on the Appointment shape.

End time

Type or select the end time for the appointment. The end time appears on the Appointment shape.

Subject

Type the subject text for the appointment. This text appears on the appointment in the calendar.

Location

Type the location for the appointment.

Note: Location does not appear on the appointment in the calendar, but is stored as shape data.

Time format

Select the time format you want to use.

Date

Type or select the date for the appointment. The appointment shape appears on your calendar on this date.
