Video add links in a file

Add a link in your file to connect to other parts of it or to places on the web.

Link to other parts in your file

  1. Select what you'd like to turn into a link and then select Insert > Hyperlink or press Ctrl + K.

  2. Select Place in This Document.

  3. Choose where you'd like the link to connect to and select OK.

Create a link to the web or email

  1. Type a web address or email address into a file.

  2. Press Spacebar or press Enter.
