Schedule and manage customer appointments

You set the schedules, define your services, and add staff lists. Your customers see what times and services are available and can pick a timeslot and provider. How to get it done

  1. Go to the Bookings app in Microsoft 365.

  2. Enter your business information (name, contact, logo, and so on).

  3. Set your hours and scheduling policies.

  4. Define the services you offer.

  5. Create your staff list and set their working hours.

  6. Schedule in any closures, time off and vacation time.

  7. Publish your bookings page!
