Reports dialog box
Report
Lists the report definitions that are stored with the current drawing, in the Microsoft Office Visio installation folder, or in your Visio drawing folder. The report definitions that are listed depend on whether the Show only drawing-specific reports check box is selected or cleared.
New
Starts the Report Definition wizard so that you can create a new report definition.
Modify
Starts the Report Definition wizard so that you can change the selected report definition.
Remove
Deletes the selected report definition from the list. You can only delete report definitions that are saved in the drawing. To remove report definitions stored in files, delete the file containing the report.
Browse
Allows you to search for a report definition stored in a file that is not in any of the default search locations.
Description
Describes the selected report definition.
Show only drawing-specific reports
Indicates whether the list of report definitions is limited to reports that are relevant to the open drawing. If cleared, all report definitions are listed.
Run
Opens the Run Report dialog box where you can select the report format and create a report based on the selected report definition.
