Where are the calendar templates in onenote

If you've been using OneNote for a long time, you may have used online calendar templates in the past. OneNote 2013 and 2016 no longer include calendar templates, but it's easy to make your own.

Create your own calendar template

1. Choose Insert > Table to create a 7-column table and, if you want, use formatting and shading for the headings or weekends.

2. Once you have everything set the way you want, you can save it as a page template and use it for other notes, or just type your calendar information in the blank table.

Set a calendar picture as a background

1. If you see a calendar you like online, or in another app, such as one in Outlook, you can insert a screen clipping of the calendar into OneNote.

2. To type notes over the blank calendar, drag the picture to where you want it to be, right-click it, and then click Set Picture as Background.
