Use To Do with your keyboard and a screen reader to show and manage your flagged emails as tasks in To Do. We have tested it with Narrator and JAWS, but it might work with other screen readers as long as they follow common accessibility standards and techniques.

This feature is only available if you're using an account that's hosted by Microsoft, such as an Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, or Live.com account. It's also available if you're using an account hosted by Microsoft but using a custom domain.

To show flagged email as tasks, turn on the Flagged Email list option.
Once you've enabled the list, it's available in To Do on all your other devices.

Sign in to To Do with the same personal, work, or school account that you use for email.

Press the Tab key until you hear "Sidebar," and press Enter.

Press the Down arrow key until you hear "Settings," and press Enter.

Press the Tab key until you hear: "Assigned to me."

With Narrator, press the SR key+Right arrow key until you hear: "Flagged email, Toggle switch, Off."
With JAWS, press the Down arrow key once, and then press the Tab key once. You hear: "Flagged email, Button, Not checked."

To switch the Flagged Email option on, press Spacebar.

To exit the Settings window, press the Tab key until you hear "Go back," and press Enter.
The focus returns to the To Do main view.

Press the Tab key until you hear "Connections button," and then press Spacebar.

Press the Tab key until you hear: "Flagged email, Unchecked checkbox." Press Spacebar to toggle the option on.

To exit the Preferences window, press Command+W.
The focus returns to the To Do main view.

Swipe left until you hear "Sidebar," and double-tap the screen. You hear your user name.

Double-tap the screen. The Settings window opens.

Swipe right until you hear: "Flagged email, Switch button, Off." Double-tap the screen to toggle the option on.

To exit the Settings window and return to the sidebar menu, swipe left until you hear "Done," and double-tap the screen.
Note: It may take a while before the Flagged Email list is updated and shows flagged emails as tasks. You may have to sign out and close the app and then sign in again.
