Automatically adjust the height of a section

Automatically adjust the height of a section

You can grow or shrink sections, according to what a user sees in a form that is based on your form template. Using sections is a great way to group related controls together to help a user efficiently fill out a form. However, if you show or hide sections according to different conditions, such as a section that should be visible to a manager but not to an employee, the form might display some unwanted extra space for hidden sections or even overlap visible sections.

If your form template contains sections that appear only under certain conditions, Microsoft InfoPath Team Blog: Auto height for sections contains a great tip that you can follow to make more space or to remove the extra space that's caused by showing or hiding sections.
