Add Multiple Shapes dialog box

You can add up to 50 people at the same reporting level in your organization chart at one time.

Number of shapes

Select or enter the number of shapes, up to a maximum of 50, for the shape type you want to add.

Shape

Select the shape type that you want to add to your organization chart.
