Video use kaizala actions

In Microsoft Kaizala, Actions help you work more efficiently. Discover Kaizala Actions to make an announcement, take a poll, submit a bill, take a survey, and more.

1. At the bottom of the screen, tap Discover.

2. Tap Kaizala Actions, and then choose an action like Announcement.

3. Enter a title and description.

4. To add rich content, choose Add photos and more, and then choose Photo, Document, or Audio. 

5. Review your announcement.

6. Tap Send. 

Tip: You can also start Actions from a Chat.

Try another action, like Quick Poll, Submit Bill, or Survey.
