Field

Shows the selected database field.

Key

Choose Yes if this is part of the primary key.

Cell

Choose which cell the selected field will be linked to.

Evaluate as

Choose how data is evaluated when it is copied from the field to the cell:

• If the data in the field is a string, select either Value or Formula. When you select Value, the string is placed in the ShapeSheet cell as text with quotation marks around it. When you select Formula, the string is treated as a formula and is evaluated.

• If the data in the field is numeric, select either Number or a measurement unit.

Value

Choose a default value for the field. This option is only available if the field is part of the primary key. When you enter values for each primary key, you associate shapes with specific records in the database. When you choose None, you do not associate the shape with a specific record, but the shape is still linked to the database field.
