Want more?
I've been working on a web marketing plan, and I'd like some help from my teammates.
I'll click Share, enter my teammates' email addresses…and I'll make sure this is set to allow them to edit the file.
Then I'll type a quick note…. and then click the Share button.
They will each get an email with my note and a link to the file.
And I can see here on my Share pane who can edit this file.
If I want to share my presentation with more people, I can repeat the process I just followed. Or, I can click Get a sharing link. This gives me two different links to the file: one I can use to give people permission to edit the file, and another to give people viewing permission only.
For example, suppose I want to share my work with someone who doesn't need to edit the file. I can use the View-only link for this.
When I click Copy, I have a link to my file I can send via email, IM, or even a text message.
The Share tab in PowerPoint includes several ways to invite people to view or edit a presentation.
