Meeting access phone number

The specified Meeting access number is your mobile phone number. This is the number Microsoft Lync Server 2010 uses to connect you to the audio portion of Lync meetings. When you join a meeting, a call is routed to Lync Server 2010, which calls you back at your mobile phone number. After you answer the call, Lync Server connects you to the meeting audio.

When you first sign in to Lync on your Android phone, you'll be guided to configure your Mobile phone number. If there is a need to update your mobile number later, do the following:

  1. On the My info screen, tap Options.

  2. Under Meeting Access, verify that your mobile phone number is correct.

  3. If you need to update your mobile phone number, tap Meeting Access, tap New number, and then type a new number.

Show photos

To show your photo and see the photo of other contacts on your mobile device, set the Show Photo setting to On.

  1. On the My info screen, tap Options.

  2. Click the Show Photos checkbox to show or hide photos for you and your contacts.

Diagnostic logging

Logs are used by system administrators to collect, analyze, and save data. A system administrator might ask you to turn on either of the two logging options to do troubleshooting. If you're not asked, you don't need to be concerned with this option.

  1. On the My info screen, tap Options.

  2. Click the Diagnostic Logging checkbox to turn diagnostic logging on or off.
