When you're on the go, and you have a lot of work to get done, having Office on your mobile devices can be handy. For example, you can copy a chart from an Excel workbook and paste it into a Word document using your tablet or smartphone. Watch the video to see how this works on an Android tablet, and scroll down to see how to perform this task across a variety of devices.

My team has been on a tight schedule, working to get some marketing documents completed so we can finalize next year's budget.
I'm not in the office today, but with Office 365, I can work on this using my tablet.
I want to add a chart in Excel to this document. Rather than expect people to go find the right workbook, I'll add the chart here and edit the text.
I'll return to the home screen to access a chart in an Excel workbook that tracks our company's quarterly expenses.
I'll select the "By Month" worksheet which shows the breakdown of our expenses. This will be useful for budgeting purposes.
Back in Word, when I paste the chart, the color scheme changes to match the document.
To save my changes, I tap File, then Save.
