Configure your account
The account information that you use to connect with Communicator Mobile is the same information that you use with Communicator 2007. If you do not know your account information, or if you cannot connect to the IM system, contact your system administrator.
To configure your accoun t

Do one of the following:

If you are signed in, tap Menu > Options.

If you are not signed in, tap Options.

Tap the Account tab > Sign-in address, and then type your Communicator sign-in address, which is usually the same as your e-mail address. If you do not know your sign-in address, contact your system administrator.

Tap Domain\username, and then type your domain name and user name in the specified format.

Tap Password, and then type the password for your domain account.

Optionally, select the Remember password check box if you do not want to type your password every time you sign in to Communicator.

Optionally, tap Sign in as and then tap the presence status that you want to display when you sign in.
When you are done, configure your server information by following the instructions in Configure your server information, beginning with step 2.
