Your mobile operator, also known as your mobile service provider, is the company that provides your mobile phone service. The text messaging notifications feature in Outlook Web App is only supported in specific regions and for specific mobile service providers. If you are using Outlook Web App and don't see your mobile service provider listed in the Text messaging dialog box in Outlook Web App options, we have not yet established a relationship with your mobile service provider.
