Using microsoft to do with microsoft flow

With Power Automate's actions for Microsoft To Do it's easy to create a new task from Outlook, Gmail, Google Calendar, Teams, HipChat, Planner, or any of the other services supported by Flow.

To create a flow using Microsoft To Do, log in to Power Automate with the same work or school Account you use with Microsoft To Do. Then just select the connector or service you'd like to send a to-do from.

You'll then have the option to select the trigger you'd like to begin your flow, such as When a new email arrives. Now select + New step and then Add an action. From the available actions, select Microsoft To Do - Add a to-do. You'll also need to enter the Subject field in order to add a title for your to-do. Then select Save flow and you're ready to go!

Please know that it is only possible to use Microsoft To Do with Power Automate with a work or school account. At the moment, personal Microsoft accounts are not supported, though we do hope to support more account types in the future.
