Set my picture options

If your organization has enabled pictures, you can choose whether to display a picture as part of your presence information, and if you do display a picture, whether to use your default picture or another one that you choose.

What do you want to do?

Open My Picture options

From the Microsoft Lync main window, you can open the My Picture options in one of two ways:

  • Click the Options button, and then click My Picture.

  • Next to the Options button, click the Show Menu arrow, click Tools, click Options, and then click My Picture.

Choose my own picture

You can specify a different picture to appear to people in your company and contacts federated with your company. The picture must be located on a website that is publicly available. For details, see Prepare a picture for Lync Online.
