A type of collaboration role, a classifier role is a slot for an object in a collaboration diagram. It is represented by the class rectangle symbol with only the name compartment showing. The name compartment contains the string:
classRoleName : Classifiername
and can include a full path of enclosing packages where necessary, for example:
display_Window:Windowing System::GraphicWindows::Window
You can also show a stereotype for the class, creation/destruction markers, and a multiplicity indicator. To represent a set of objects on the ''many'' end of an association, you can use a multi-object. In the context of collaboration diagrams, classifier roles are often referred to as objects.
