Video import contacts

Try it!

If you've already exported your contacts from Gmail or converted your iCloud contacts into a .csv file, you can import them into Outlook.

1. Select File.

2. Select Open & Export > Import/Export.

3. Select Import from another program or file > Next.

4. Select Comma Separated Values > Next.

5. Select Browse, go to your saved .csv file, and select it.

6. Select how you want Outlook to handle duplicate contacts:

   • Replace duplicates with items imported

   • Allow duplicates to be created

   • Do not import duplicate items

7. Select Next.

8. In the Import a File box, select Contacts > Next.

9. Select Finish.

10. To view your imported contacts, select People.
