Drill into PivotTable data
You can view and interact with the data in PivotTables, but the Quick Explore feature that lets you drill into an Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) cube or Data Model-based PivotTable hierarchy to analyze data details on different levels isn't available in Excel Online.
To drill into your data, you can use the Expand (+) and Collapse (-) buttons instead. Or, if you have the Excel desktop application, you can use the Open in Excel button to open the workbook and use Quick Explore to drill into your PivotTable data there. Here's how:
Click Open in Excel and drill into your PivotTable data.
