Choose a Unified Messaging voice mail greeting

Choose a Unified Messaging voice mail greeting

When your Exchange account is set up with Unified Messaging, you can select which voice mail greeting is played to callers. There are two greetings — a standard and an extended absence greeting. By default, the standard voice mail greeting is played for callers.

Note:  A Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 or Exchange Server 2007 account is required. Unified Messaging must be enabled by your Exchange administrator.
