Rename a page in OneNote Online
You can rename pages in a notebook when you're working in OneNote Online. You can also rename a section and rename a notebook.

Go to the page you want to rename.

Select the title text at the top of the page, and type a new title.
The page tab title will change to match the title at the top of the page.
