Public Events

This page lists all public events that have been published to your Live Meeting conference center.

To view the events, in the drop-down list, select one of the following:

• To view all events on the Live Meeting server, click All.

• To view only events that are scheduled for the future, click Upcoming.

• To view only events that have already occurred, click Past.

In the Show list, click the number of events that you want to display on each page (10, 20, or 50).

To search for an event in the Public Events list, click Find.

To view information about an event, in the Event Title column, do either of the following:

• To view the event summary, click the + icon next to the event.

• To view the registration page for the event, click the event name.
