Can't find Office after refreshing Windows 8 or 8.1
Refreshing your PC reinstalls Windows but deletes your files, settings, and applications—except for the applications that came with your PC. So, if Office wasn't preinstalled on your computer, it might have been deleted. Here's how to reinstall:

Office 365 Home, Office 365 Personal, Office 365 University, Office 2013, or Office 2016: sign in to your My Account page and click Install. Learn more.
