Getting Help With Pop-Up Blockers

Pop-up blockers must be disabled for Communicator Web Access to function correctly. To disable the pop-up blocker for your browser, follow the procedure below for your type of browser.

To disable the popup blocker in Internet Explorer

1. 1. Open Internet Explorer.

2. Click Tools, point to Pop-up Blocker, and then click Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.

To disable the pop-up blocker in Firefox

1. Open Firefox

2. On the Tools menu, click Options.

3. In the Options dialog box, on the Content tab, clear the Block pop-up windows check box, and then click OK.

To disable the pop-up blocker in Safari

1. Open Safari.

2. Click Safari, and then clear the Block Pop-Up Windows check box.
