Change the page orientation to portrait or landscape in Visio

You can change your Visio page orientation to portrait or landscape. Here's how.

1. On the File tab, click Print, and then at the bottom of the screen, click Page Setup.

   

2. On the Print Setup tab, click either Portrait or Landscape.

   

3. Click OK.

1. On the File tab, click Print > Print Preview.

   

2. On the Print Preview tab, click Page Setup.

   

3. On the Print Setup tab, click either Portrait or Landscape.

   

4. Click OK.
