Manual Numbering dialog box

To add a number to a shape that's already on the drawing page, leave this dialog box open and click the shape. To add and number a new shape, drag the shape onto the drawing page, click the drawing page, and then click the shape.

Next number assigned

Displays the number that will be added to the next shape you click on the drawing page.
