What languages do the Mail and Calendar apps support? The apps support a variety of different languages. Once you change your language in Windows 10, you should see the changes in Mail and Calendar as well.

Where are my email messages or events? If you don't see older emails, you might need to change your sync duration If your older events, or events far in the future, aren't visible, don't worry. The events are still there, but are outside the range that Calendar for Windows 10 displays. Learn more.

Why is my account out-of-date? If you're receiving a message that your account settings are out-of-date, there are several steps you can take to fix the account.

How do I change or update my password? If you change your password on your email account, you'll need to update the password? stored in the Mail and Calendar apps.

How can I delete or remove an account? You can delete or remove an account from either the Mail or Calendar app. You can't delete the default account, but you can turn off email for that account.

Can I change the color of the Mail and Calendar windows? Yes. You can change the window color, switch from light to dark theme, or add a background photo to the app. You can't add a background photo to an individual email message. Learn more.

Can I get notifications in the Mail app? Yes. In the Mail app, you can turn on notifications for accounts and pinned folders.

I'm having sync issues. If you email messages aren't appearing, you can try to resolve your sync issues.

Some of my emails are missing or disappearing. If you don't see some or all of your email messages and you're not receiving an error, you might need to change your sync duration.

Where are my contacts? Mail for Windows 10 doesn't have a contacts or people folder like other mail clients. Use the People app in Windows 10 to store your contacts and you can access them in Mail for Windows 10.

How can I change my signature? Mail for Windows 10 comes with a default signature it adds to each message. You can create your own signature for each account you add.

How do I print? If you have a printer set up in Windows 10, you can print any email message message or several different views of your calendar from your computer or tablet.

Can I combine or link accounts to view all of my mail from multiple accounts in one place? Yes. You can link two or more inboxes so all of your messages appear in one inbox.

How do I turn off view by conversation? By default, all incoming messages are grouped by conversation. You can turn that off in a few simple steps.

How do I add or remove folders? The Mail app comes with several default folders. Your email provider might give you other folders. You can add your own folders or delete folders you create.

How do I delete, mark as read, or move all of my mail at once? You can select all messages in two easy steps, then move them, delete them, set a flag on them, or mark them as read or unread. Learn more.

I can't add my account. Help. If the automatic account setup fails, you can add your email account manually using advanced setup.

How do I change the font or formatting in my email? In the Format tab you have a variety of ways of changing the font, color, formatting, and other options.

Can I block a sender? You can't block senders from within Mail for Windows 10, but if you are using an Outlook account you can block a sender from Outlook or Outlook.com. If you're using another email provider, try accessing your email account directly with the provider and see if they allow blocking senders from there.
