You can use the My account page in Outlook Web App to view or update your photo and contact information.
This article is for Outlook Web App, which is used by organizations that manage email servers running Exchange Server 2013 or 2010. In a web browser, sign in to Outlook Web App using the URL provided by the person who manages email for your organization. Enter your user name and password, and then select Sign in.

At the top of the page, select Settings > Options.

In Options, select Account.

On the My account page, select Edit information to add or change your account information via the Account information page.
The information you enter in Account information will appear in your organization's address book. You can edit your photo, general information, contact location, and contact numbers. After you've finished updating your information, select Save to save your changes or Cancel to leave the account information without saving any changes.
You can only use a photo from your computer or from a network share that's linked to your computer.

To add or change your photo, select Photo and then select Change.

Select Browse, choose a photo in the Choose File to Upload dialog, and then select Open.
You can use a photo or other image that's up to 500 kilobytes in size.

Select Save to save your change or Cancel to remove it.
Go to the My account page. Most of the information on the General page is already provided for you. For example, your first name, last name, and display name. You can enter the initials you want to use in Initials. You can't edit your email address.
Go to the My account page. In Contact location, you can provide details for your street address.
Go to the My account page. In Contact numbers, add or edit your phone numbers for work, fax, home, and mobile.
