ISSUE
After installing the January Update for MSI versions of Outlook (see KB 4011626), attachments are removed when forwarding emails in plain text.
STATUS: FIXED
A fix has been published to the download center, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4011123/january-22-2018-update-for-outlook-2016-kb4011123.
The fix will be broadly available in the February Public Updates.
