#N/A when transitioning out of Protected View when the workbook contains a semi-volatile function like Cell

If you open a file in protected mode that contains certain volatile functions (i.e. =CELL()). After clicking Enable Editing, the contents of the cells turn to #N/A! errors.

Press F9 to re-calculate the sheet, and the functions should start working.
