Share a OneNote for Windows 8 notebook on OneDrive

With OneNote for Windows 8, you can share an entire notebook on OneDrive, including all of its sections and pages.

1. Go to the OneDrive home page and sign in, if prompted.

2. Tap the check box next to the folder that contains the notebook you want to share.

3. Near the right side of the screen, tap Share. (Make sure you never share your Documents folder on OneDrive, otherwise everyone will be able to see all of your files.)

4. In the form that appears, tap Get a link.

5. If you want to let your recipients only view your notes, in the list tap View only and then tap Create link. If you want recipients to view and change your notes, in the list tap Edit and then tap Create link.

6. Go to the Clipboard app, and tap Share to see the link.

7. To send the link in email, tap Mail, select the people you want to access your notes, and add a title and any message you want to send. To send the link to OneNote, tap OneNote > Send.
