Asking Questions

Asking Questions

Use the Questions and Answers menu to communicate with the presenter during a presentation. You might want to clarify an issue in the presentation, or raise your hand to get the presenter's attention to take the floor and address all attendees.

To ask a question

  1. In the meeting client, click the Q&A menu.

  2. Type your question in the Q&A text box, and then click Ask.

After you click Ask, the button name changes to Edit. When you receive a response, it will appear in the large box in the Questions and Answers box.

To raise your hand

  1. In the meeting client, click the Q&A menu.

  2. In the Q&A box, click the Raise your hand icon.
