Change the default unit format for assignments

By default, Microsoft Office Project shows assignment units as a percentage (displaying 100% for a full-time resource assignment), but you can choose to display them in decimal format instead:

1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Schedule tab.

2. In the Show assignment units as a list, click Percentage or Decimal.

3. To use the same setting automatically in all future projects, click Set as Default.
